Meet the Chef
Patryk Czenczek
Executive Chef Patryk Czenczek brings a European pedigree and deep respect for classic technique to Amber Steakhouse. Originally from Poland, he trained at Zespół Szkół Gospodarczych im. Mikołaja Spytka Ligęzy before establishing himself in New York’s competitive culinary scene.
At Amber, Chef Czenczek is known for his exacting standards — personally selecting and aging premium American beef and crafting each dish with precision and care. He has been recognized within the Polish-American community and has represented Amber at distinguished cultural events, including preparing formal dinners for visiting dignitaries.

Group Bookings
